Dr. Scott Forester
Dr. Forester is a 1993 graduate of Northeastern State University College of Optometry. He is Board certified in the diagnosing and treatment of ocular disease and on Laser Vision Correction. Dr. Forester was the first eye doctor in Oklahoma to have LASIK done in December 1995. His pre-operative prescription was –12.00 in both eyes. Dr. Forester is on the Board of Directors at TLC Laser Vision Center in Oklahoma City. He is the past president of the Central District of Oklahoma Optometric Physicians. Dr. Forester married his wife, Susan, in August of 1998. His interests include golf, tennis, travel and sporting events. |

Dr. Trent Pitt
Dr. Pitt attended college at Northeastern State University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. Dr. Pitt received his Doctorate of Optometry degree from the prestigious Northeastern State University College of Optometry where he graduated with highest honors. There, he won the “Clinical Excellence Award” and the “RGP Clinical Excellence Award”. Dr. Pitt practices primary care optometry. He specializes in the fitting of all types of contact lenses, low vision, and treatment and management of ocular disease including glaucoma and diabetes. He also co-manages patients with laser vision correction, cataract surgery, lid surgeries, and other various ocular procedures. He is also a member of the American Optometric Association and the Oklahoma Association of Optometric Physicians. Dr. Pitt currently resides in Piedmont with his wife Lindsey. His interests include football, basketball, golf, fishing and boating. |

Christina Beck, CPOA, VSBA — Supervisor of Patient Relations, Laser Vision Coordinator
Christina is a certified Paraoptometric Assistant and American Optometric Association member who has worked for Forester & Pitt Vision Source since January 2000. She came to the practice with no experience and began at the front desk. Her vast knowledge and quick learning abilities quickly grew to her position as the current office manager. Christina’s duties include filing insurance, overseeing employee performance, and general duties to keep the office running smoothly on a day to day basis. She is also trained to perform visual acuities, auto refraction, corneal topography, Optomap retinal imaging, Stratus OCT, and taking case history. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Richard. |

Tresa Black, CPOT, NCLE — Supervisor of Clinical Relations
Tresa is a certified Paraoptometric Technician and has been with Forester Vision Source since February 2001. She came to our office with nine years experience and has been cross-trained in many areas. She currently works as the supervisor of our contact lens department and has her National Contact Lens Certification which aids in fitting and dispensing of contact lenses. She is experienced on the digital imaging camera, topographer, automated field analyzer, auto-refractor, lens analyzer, keratometer and pneumo-tonometer. Tresa had her near-sightedness and astigmatism corrected with LASIK in October 1999. |

Lynn Hamilton, CPOA - Optometric Assistant
Lynn has worked in the optometric field since February 1997. While living in Juneau, Alaska, Lynn joined Vision Source in September 1997. She then joined our practice in September 2005. Lynn is a member of the American Optometric Association & OAA. Even though she focuses on patient accounts, she is cross trained in many areas of the office including pre-testing, contact lenses and optical. She is versed on equipment such as the Optomap, Stratus OCT, corneal topographer and performing pachymetry. When away from her work family, Lynn enjoys being a girl scout troop leader, various volunteering, and spending time with her daughter Brittany. |

Kimberly Trevino, CPO - Patient Care Coordinator
Kimberly is relatively new to the optometric field. She has been with our office since July 2006. She currently works at the front desk and is one of the first smiling faces you will see in our office. Some of her duties include greeting patients, preparing charts, patient recall and anwsering the phone. She has a wonderful husband, Baldemar, and 3 children, Corey, Kersten, Kristina & her beagle Sadie. She enjoys spending time with family, cardmaking, photography, and scrapbooking. |

Melissa Elliott, ABO - Optical Manager
Melissa joined our team in August of 2006 with several years of previous optical experience. She is skilled in many areas of the office, including preliminary testing, but specializes in lab duties and frame styling. When not working, she enjoys spending time with friends, family and her dogs, Ginger and Millie. |

Christi Thompson, CPOA - Contact Lens Specialist
Christi is a certified Paraoptometric who has been with Forester & Pitt Vision Source since April 2008. She came to our office with 3 years of experience and has been cross-trained in many areas. She currently works as a contact lens technician, aiding with the fitting and dispensing of contact lenses. She is also experienced with pre-testing patients on instruments such as the auto-refractor, topographer, pneumo-tonometer, visual field analyzer, Optomap, and Cirrus OCT. When not working, Christi enjoys spending time with her family and fiance', Hesham.

Sabrina Lecinski, CPOA - Clinic Technician
Sabrina came to our office in June 2008 with an immense amount of experience in our field. While she is one of our main preliminary testers, she is also cross-trained in the optical so she can help out when needed. She can perform suchs tests as, Cirrus OCT, visual fields, Optomap retinal imaging, auto-refractor, pneumotonometer, and pachymetry. When she is not tending to our patients, she enjoys spending time with friends, family and her porkie, Copper. She loves going to the gym and has a newly acquired love for yoga.

Meimey Wong - Clinic Technician
Meimey has been with Forester & Pitt Vision Source since March 2008 with 3 years of optometric experience. She attended the University of Oklahoma and graduated with a degree in Zoology-Biomedical Sciences. She is currently a student at Northeastern State University College of Optometry and will graduate in 2012. During school breaks, she joins our team in serving patients. She is experience in testing with equipment such at the Optomap, Cirrus OCT, Humphrey Visual Field, auto-refractor, topographer, pneumotonometer, and pachymeter. Meimey is also fluent in Spanish and Chinese. When not working or studying, she enjoys going to the gym as well as spending time with friends and family.
